Passport Cinema Film Festival celebrates the power of film to transport audiences across borders, introduce new perspectives, and connect people through stories from around the world.
Based in the United States with an international focus, the festival showcases films that explore global cultures, destinations, traditions, communities, and human experiences. We welcome filmmakers from the U.S. and abroad whose work encourages audiences to discover places and people beyond their own experiences.
From narrative and documentary films to shorts and emerging forms of visual storytelling, Passport Cinema celebrates filmmakers who use the lens to create greater understanding of our world.

In addition to traditional film categories, Passport Cinema features a dedicated Travel Creator Showcase for travel bloggers, vloggers, and digital content creators.
This category recognizes outstanding travel storytelling created for today's digital audiences. Entries will be evaluated on storytelling, originality, visual quality, cultural authenticity, and the creator's ability to inspire audiences to experience and understand the world.
Whether captured by an independent filmmaker, student, seasoned documentarian, or travel creator with a camera and a passport, every story has the potential to bring cultures closer together.
